Getting to Funk The Format Festival

Funk The Format Festival is located at Hove Park, Brighton & Hove, East Sussex. The nearest road and postcode to the park is: Goldstone Crescent, BN3 6LS. There is very limited car-parking around Hove Park and we strongly encourage lovely festival-goers to use public transport, cycle or walk. Hove train station is just 0.8 miles away and there are numerous bus and cycles routes- check the below tabs for full info or View on Google Maps.

The cheapest method of travel! There are some great cycle lanes around Hove Park; namely along OId Shoreham Road and Nevill Road. Funk The Family Stewards will be directing pedestrians and cyclists to the festival.

Hove Railway Station is the nearest train station to Hove Park (0.8 miles = approx 15-minute walk or buses 21 and 21a). Hove Station provides direct services to Brighton, London Victoria, London Bridge, East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth, Southampton, Worthing and many other destinations. Brighton Railway Station to Hove Railway Station is a 3-minute train journey and services are very frequent. As well as providing frequent services to the same mainline stations as Hove, Brighton also connects directly to Lewes, Seaford and Eastbourne. Please check National Rail for up-to-date info.

Hove Park has great bus routes with the following numbers stopping nearby: 5b, 14, 14c, 21, 21a, 55, 56, 57, 59. The buses running to and from Hove Station are 21 and 21a. Please check: Buses Brighton Website for more info.
